Diablo 4 Evade Spiritborn build guide

Diablo 4 Evade Spiritborn build guide

close

The Evade Spiritborn is one of the most versatile and mobile builds in Diablo 4 Season 10. It centers around the Spiritborn’s exceptional agility and combat flow, while leveraging the Eagle Spirit Hall’s synergy. This setup is ideal for fast endgame clears, particularly in The Pits, where it performs with minimal difficulty. Its high Vulnerable uptime and efficient clearing capabilities make it a top choice among Spiritborn players.

The Evade Spiritborn’s core mechanic is super simple: your Evade ability not only boosts survivability but also acts as a damage source. Its cooldown is almost instant. By combining Accelerated Thunderspike and Sepazontec, you can deal insane amounts of damage while evading enemies.

The Eagle Spirit Guardian amplifies this effect by dealing Lightning damage whenever you use Evade, releasing multiple Storm Feathers, and applying Vulnerable to enemies. This makes Evade the core mechanic of this build, even though Thunderspike is the primary damage skill.

In this guide, we break down how to create the Evade Spiritborn build and what else you need to make it work.

Pros and cons of the Evade Spiritborn

Pros

  • Extremely agile and fast-attack rotations
  • Continuous Evade allows for great defense and offense
  • High Vulnerable uptime
  • High Critical Strike scaling
  • Simple gameplay for easy execution

Cons

  • Requires specific gear to work (Sepazontec)
  • Performance of the build depends on having at least two Evade charges
  • High-end gear and aspects required for unlocking full potential

The Evade Spiritborn benefits from its twin Eagle Spirit Hall setup for maximum efficiency and synergy:

  • Primary: Eagle – Casting an Eagle Skill or Evading fires six Storm Feathers, each dealing 140% [x] Lightning damage and applying Vulnerable for five seconds. This can only occur once every 0.5 seconds. The Storm Feathers Movement Speed bonus is doubled and always active.
  • Secondary: Eagle – Every other cast is a guaranteed Critical Strike and grants you a 20% [x] Vulnerable Damage bonus for five seconds.

Together, these bonuses ensure that every Evade inflicts the maximum amount of damage while keeping a near-constant Vulnerable uptime on the enemy.
